About Me

original?tenant=vbu-digital

From the time I was young, I have always been curious about people and fascinated to hear their life stories. These stories have brought each of us to where we are on our journey. Each chapter in one's life comes with a rich, beautiful, dark, vulnerable, painful, victorious, challenging and healing story. It gives me a sense of purpose to hold space for individuals to share their story and in the process, gain perspective on it. Sharing your truth in a safe environment with someone you trust can be so powerful. It is this passion that lead me down the path to become a mental health counselor. I received my Masters in Counseling Psychology from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon. I have been working in the mental health field for over 20 years. I have worked in community mental health settings, schools, and in homes with individuals, couples and families. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor through the state of Washington. I have been practicing in Washington for 0ver 17 years.

I am a member of: Washington Mental Health Counselors Association, Perinatal Support of Washington

and Postpartum Support International (PSI)

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, running, camping and enjoying the outdoors.
